Privacy policy

Staff accounts use official email credentials. Trainee records are entered by centre staff. Personal details such as mobile numbers are shown in masked form on public-facing copies where applicable.

Certificate verification uses a registration or QR code and shows only what is needed to confirm a certificate. Data is used for training administration, monitoring and statutory reporting. It is not sold.
